Suppression installer schemes - it's time to make the switch to IFCC.
We are aware FIRAS will no longer operate their suppression schemes, terminating certification from the end of August 2025.
We would like to reassure the Suppression Industry that the IFCC suppression installer schemes for Residential & Domestic Sprinklers, Commercial Sprinklers and Water Mist are open to all FIRAS approved Installers and our Schemes (SDI 22, 23 and 25) are UKAS accredited and equivalent to the closing FIRAS schemes.
The main difference to highlight is with the Commercial Sprinkler scheme (SDI23), the highest category for certification with IFCC is Ordinary Hazard 3 (OH3).
If you’re looking for faster and more reliable fire testing and certification services, get in touch with our team today to learn how we can help.
